These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 588q ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 588q website located at https://588q.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

588q is an online sports betting and live casino information platform serving English-language users in Pakistan. The Platform covers sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and combat sports, as well as live dealer casino, slots, crash games, and instant-win titles. All content is published for informational and entertainment purposes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 588q, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you are solely responsible for determining and complying with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 588q or its affiliated operators.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the Platform or any associated operator platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of Services on 588q, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request or activating certain account features, 588q is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport)
• Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

588q reserves the right to suspend account activity, withhold withdrawals, or close an Account pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 588q grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its Content
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation
• Systematically download or scrape Content from the Platform using automated tools, bots, crawlers, or data mining techniques
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate any portion of the Platform into any other website or service without express written permission
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Platform's Content

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms at all times. 588q reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action — including account suspension or termination — where misuse is detected.

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 588q makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information published on the Platform. Odds, game outcomes, and promotional terms are subject to change without notice.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 588q are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not imply that these providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with 588q or any associated gambling operator.
• 588q is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits.

Withdrawals

588q may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period, will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, live dealer games, and slots may contribute at varying percentages. Refer to each promotion's terms for applicable rates.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While wagering bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per event. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: In most cases, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while another is in progress may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• One Bonus Per User / Household / IP Address: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per user, household, shared device, or shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on 588q is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. General rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. 588q reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In-play or live bets are subject to suspension and are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Connection issues on the User's side do not entitle the User to void a placed bet.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral Pakistan series — match abandonment and reduced-over rules follow the applicable competition regulations.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• 588q reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts and maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed in error by the User (including on incorrect selections) cannot be amended or voided after acceptance.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the 588q Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in creating a fraudulent Account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other non-human tool to interact with the Platform
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bet outcomes
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct towards 588q staff or other Users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software underlying the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, if you are knowingly a resident of or physically located in such a jurisdiction

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted.

588q is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not a strategy for generating income, and losses should always be considered a known and accepted risk. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the maximum amount you can add to your account over a given period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined time window.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

The 588q name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 588q name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without express written authorisation.

Where the Platform includes Content licensed from third-party providers — including sports data, odds feeds, game titles, and studio content — such Content remains the intellectual property of the respective third parties and is used by 588q under applicable licence agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588q, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of:

• Revenue, profits, or anticipated savings
• Goodwill or business reputation
• Data or information
• Betting or gaming winnings due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime

588q's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

588q collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 588q processes personal data for purposes including account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and the delivery of personalised Services. Your data is handled securely and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting the 588q support team. Upon closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled, and eligible balances will be returned subject to KYC verification and AML compliance checks.

588q may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months, subject to applicable unclaimed funds regulations

On termination for cause, 588q reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud is established, to forfeit such balance and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588q is incorporated or licensed to operate. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits 588q's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
